White and black masterbatches

White masterbatch

White masterbatch is commonly used to add white color to polymer products. The pigment used to make this masterbatch is rutile modified titanium dioxide (TiO2). This pigment has a higher light refractive index than other white pigments and as a result has a better light scattering power and has good chemical and thermal stability. In addition, titanium dioxide pigments protect the polymer from UV rays by absorbing ultraviolet (UV) light and blocking some of its rays. Produces and supplies all kinds of white masterbatches, especially grades with high pigment content (high filled) based on special formulations and using the most advanced machines for the production of polymer compounds. These masterbatches have a distinctive quality from domestic samples and features that can compete with the best foreign samples.
